Ingredients

  • fish fillet - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg)
  • beer - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • flour - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • oil - for frying

How to cook

Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper.

Mix the beer with the flour and salt. Heat the oil for frying.

Dip each fish fillet in the crumbing and fry until golden.

Serve the fried fish fillets with garnish of your choice.
