How to cook
Peel the zucchini, put it to boil in enough water to cover it. Boil the rice separately, you can use 1/2 cup of cooked rice you have left over from another dish.
Combine the zucchini with the mashed boiled rice and 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) milk. Blend everything to homogeneity.
Optionally, add 1-2 sprigs ground parsley before blending.
