How to cook
Clean the peppers and chop them coarsely. Leave the smaller ones whole.
Heat the oil in a large enough container, salt it a little and braise the peppers in 2-3 lots. Take them out with a slotted spoon.
Add the finely chopped garlic to the oil, stir and immediately add the flour, while stirring until fried well.
Dilute with the boiled milk while stirring nonstop a whisk. Pour the thickened and boiled sauce over the peppers. Return the pot to the stove, wait for it to comes to a boil again and remove from stove.
Sprinkle the green peppers with tomato sauce with a little chopped parsley while serving.
