Form the peppers like boats, remove their seeds (see photos).
Dice the cheese finely, chop the parsley finely too.
Subsequently mix and beat the eggs, salt, black pepper, parsley, yoghurt, mince, cheese and crumbled feta cheese in a deep bowl.
Roll the peppers in a little oil and salt (can use brush) and put them in a dry tray.
Fill the peppers with the resulting mixture and put them to bake in a moderate oven (about 15 min.), then turn up the heat and bake until ready.
A very easy and tasty dish.
