Heat the oil in a pan. Roll each steak in flour, then put it in the pan to crisp briefly.
Take them out and leave aside. Chop the mushrooms finely. Put the mushrooms in the same oil and season with salt and pepper.
Braise the mushrooms about 3-4 min. Take a glass cook pot, put a layer of steaks in it, a layer of mushrooms and so on until out of ingredients.
Add the glass of wine and broth and leave in the oven for about 45 min.
