How to cook
Peel the garlic cloves and press them.
Pour in warm water and knead a soft dough that's almost sticky.
Divide it into 8 balls and leave them for about 20 min.
Roll out each into a sheet on a floured counter.
Heat a thick-bottomed, nonstick pan. Sprinkle it with olive oil and bake the flatbread on all sides until ready.
