How to cook
Boil the chicken hearts until almost cooked.
Fry the onions, which are cut into crescents. Add the mushrooms, cut into large pieces.
Mushrooms are fried over high heat, but do not to put a lot of water, as they wll become mushy.
Finally, add the hearts and spices. Pour the mixture in a clay pot, put melted cheese on top and steam in the oven for about 25 minutes.
