Beat the eggs with the sugar to fluffy cream, gradually add the yoghurt, ammonium bicarbonate and lard and stir.
Add the grated rind of 1 lemon and its juice. Finally add as much flour as needed to obtain a soft dough.
Make cookies from the dough, use your imagination to shape them as desired. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 15-20 min. or until ready.
