Ingredients

  • eggs - 3
  • zucchini - 2 medium
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • sour cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml) sunflower, or olive oil
  • flour - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • baking soda - 2 pinches
  • onions - 1 small head
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • dill - 2 - 3 tbsp crushed

How to cook

Grate the zucchini coarsely and chop the onions finely. Mix the eggs, sour cream and oil and add them to the flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices.

Finally mix the zucchini, onions and cheese until you get a homogeneous mixture. Optionally, you can add sliced smoked meat or sausage. Pour into a greased and floured cake form and bake for about 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 347°F (175 °C).

Finally, check to see if the cake with zucchini is ready with a toothpick. Let the cake cool before removing it from the form.
