Set aside the egg yolk of 1 egg for smearing the scones later.
Grate the feta cheese and cheese. Mix all the products, add the flour gradually. Knead a medium soft dough.
Divide it into 8 balls. Roll out each ball into 1/8 thick sheets. Cut each into 12 slices (like a cake).
Roll up each into a scone. Arrange them in a tray and smear with the yolk. Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven.
