  • chicken livers - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • flour - for rolling in
  • oil - for frying
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • lemons - for decoration
  • lemon juice - for sprinkling in


Clean the chicken livers. Wash them in plenty of water and drain. Roll each liver in flour, mixed with salt.

Leave them to sit for a bit. Heat the oil in a pan. Roll them in flour again and shake off the excess, fry in an oil bath.
