Soak the bulgur in a deep bowl with 1 cup water for 30 min. or until the water is absorbed. Drain away the liquid thoroughly after that.
Heat the oven to 374°F (190 °C). Oil a baking tray.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bulgur, stir very well and shape 8 meatballs.
Arrange them in the tray and bake to a golden color.
