Put the steaks on a board and tenderize them. Then season with salt, black pepper and paprika. Braise lightly in the pan and transfer to a tray. Cover with chopped leeks, lemon juice, olives and the cream.
Add a little more olive oil and stir everything. Bake the dish at 392°F (200 °C) until fully ready. Shortly before taking it out of the oven, sprinkle the steaks with grated cheese.
