Ingredients

  • onions - 1 head
  • rice - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • cabbage juice - 400 g
  • water - 3 cups (700 mg)
  • eggs - 1
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • cooking oil

How to cook

The onions and parsley stems are cut into small pieces. Fry them in oil and add cabbage juice and water. Five minutes after they boil, add the rice.

When the rice is cooked, the pot is removed from the heat. The egg is broken into a bowl and then ten minutes later, is added to the soup while stirring. Add and remaining parsley, chopped.

Consumed after a heavy night out.
