How to cook
Wash the spleens well. Cut each into 3 pieces. On each piece, make a straight cut with a knife to get a pocket.
Stuff each pocket with mince meat, which you've mixed with all the spices. Arrange in a baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour the oil on. Pour water into the baking dish (about 2 cups).
Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for about 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake on each side for 5 minutes each.
