Ingredients

  • pork breasts - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • leeks - 4 - 5 stalks
  • onions - 1 head
  • peppers - 3 - 4 pieces, red, baked, peeled
  • oil - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • paprika - 1 tsp

Preparation

Chop the pork breasts into small pieces and braise them in the oil.

Take them out and in the same oil braise the finely chopped onions, until softened.

Pour in the cleaned, washed and chopped into round slices leeks, stirring from time to time.

After 10 min. add the chopped peppers, salt them, sprinkle with black pepper and paprika.

Return the meat, pour in a cup of water and transfer the dish into a tray.

Bake in the oven until it's left in just oil. Serve with a garnish of your choice.
