Ingredients

  • eggs - 8
  • sugar - 8 tablespoons
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • vanilla - 2 packets
  • croissants - 3

How to cook

Beat the eggs, then add the sugar. Then pour in the milk. Cut the croissants into round slices.

Add the vanillas. Bake at 356°F (180 °C).

Making the caramel:

Dissolve 4 tbsp sugar, pour it over the baked mixture.
