Cut the meat into small bits. Chop the onions finely.

Put the butter in a pot and saute the bits of meat first, then add the chopped onions. Add the crumbled chili pepper as well.

Pour in a little water and saute, while stirring periodically, until the meat and onions soften and are left in just oil.

Serve the dish with chopped fresh parsley.
