  • dark chocolate - 2 oz (60 g)
  • milk chocolate - 1 oz (30 g)
  • liquid cream - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • rum essence - 1/2 tsp


Pour the liquid cream into a small pot and heat it on the stove with the rum flavor. While it's heating up to a boil, crumble the 2 types of chocolate into small pieces.

Once the cream boils, remove it from the heat and add the chocolate to it. Stir constantly until you get a thick and smooth cream.

While still warm, distribute it into small aluminum trays for candy, using a small teaspoon.

Smooth out the top and arrange these in the candy dish. Place in the fridge to harden for a few hours.find similar recipes here
