How to cook
Lightly tenderize the pork chops. With a small sharp knife, make a slit in the side of the meat, use your finger, and create pockets. Sprinkle the meat well with salt and pepper.
Crush the garlic in a mortar with a little salt, pour in a very thin trickle of oil while continuously mashing - you have to get a smooth paste.
Add the raisins and continue to grind, then finally add the honey, brandy, soy sauce and some crushed parsley. As soon as it becomes a homogeneous mixture, which does not necessarily have to be very finely ground, fill it into the steaks.
Brush the prepared steaks with oil and put them to bake on the grill with charcoal. Turn them over frequently to cook evenly on all sides.
