"A splendid sauce that you can serve with pork, beef and lamb - it`ll make the meat even tastier."

Ingredients

  • sauce - 2 cups (500 g) of roast meat
  • broth - 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) or just plain water
  • red wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • flour - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • black pepper - 1 tsp (5 g) powdered, or to taste

How to cook

In the sauce released from the roasting of the meat (pork, beef, lamb), add the sifted flour and fry until you get a brown mixture.

Add the red wine and broth or hot water. Add the spices and boil on low heat for about 1 hour. Then strain the sauce and serve with the roasted pork, beef or lamb.
