How to cook
Boil the zucchini for 5-6 minutes Drain and cut them into cubes. Pour on a mixture of yogurt, mayonnaise, salt and pepper over them.
Add the mashed garlic as well. Optionally, add the finely chopped fresh dill (can use dried too) and stir well.
If you blend the zucchini, you're going to get a wonderful creamy spread for your toast.
