Stir to a smooth homogeneous mixture. Pour the mixture into a buttered and sprinkled with flour tray, 9 1/2″ (24 cm) in diameter. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 min.
Make the filling in the meantime, by grating the peeled apples on a grater. Add freshly squeezed lemon and stir. To them add the beaten with a fork egg whites and sugar. Stir well with a spatula.
After 15 min. of baking the cake layer, distribute the apple filling on top evenly. Return to the oven and bake about 30 min. or until ready. Check with a toothpick to see if it's ready.
Leave the cake to cool completely and pour on the glaze, prepared as follows: mix all the products for it and melt in a water bath until it melts to a smooth, liquid mixture.
