Onion Stew with Meatballs
- mince - 26.5 oz (750 g)
- rice - 3/4 cup
- onions - 10 - 15 heads
- paprika - 1 - 2 tablespoons
- black pepper
- all purpose spice - 1 - 2 tablespoons, 10 vegetable mix
- flour - 5 - 6 tablespoons
Chop the onions into crescents. Mix the mince with the cleaned and washed rice and black pepper.
Shape meatballs about the size of a small onion head from the mixture, be sure to dip your hands in vinegar and water before each.
Put oil and 1 cup water in a pot to heat up, pour in the onions to saute with a little salt.
Add 1-2 tbsp flour, stir and add the paprika. Pour in water.
Add the 10-vegetable mix, add salt and black pepper to taste.
Dilute the flour, add it to the stew to thicken. Add the parsley, let cook for 5 min. and remove from the stove.
