Wash the apples well and cut them into pieces, along with the skins and seeds. Pour the water in a suitable container, add the apples and put on the stove to boil for 5 min.

Once slightly cooled, distribute this tea into a jar and add 1 stick cinnamon. If you don't have any right now, add 1/2 tsp powdered cinnamon. Stir and leave it to sit for 3 hours. Then strain the mixture.

You can pour it into a bottle and store in the fridge. Throughout the day, take sips from this healthy apple tea. If you don't like the taste, sweeten it with honey. Personally, I drink it as is and I find it very tasty and aromatic.
