Mix the mince with the spices. Divide it up into 6 balls, shape them into nests and smear with beaten egg white. Arrange them in a tray, smeared with a little oil.
Prepare a filling from the mixed together peas, chutney and finely chopped pickles. Distribute into the mince nests. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 25 min.
Take the tray out, sprinkle grated cheese into each, return to bake for 10 min. Serve with fresh salad.
