How to cook
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Sift the flour. Make a well in it and add the salt and oil. Knead a soft dough on a floured counter.
Leave it to rise in the bowl about 25-30 min., while covered with a towel in a warm area. Divide up the ready dough into parts. Using oiled hands, make 4 equal-sized pitas.
Put them in a tray, laid out with baking paper. Put crumbled or grated feta cheese, cheese and mashed garlic on top.
Place small pieces of butter on top. It provides a nice aroma. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven. Enjoy!
