How to cook
Take meat from the front of the pig, wash, dry and cut it. Stew in 1/3 cup (80 ml) of water, with a cover on, to extract the fat from the tissue.
Add some more water and allow to simmer until the meat is completely done. Then add separately chopped and braised onions or leeks to it.
After a few minutes, season with seasonings and optionally thicken with diluted flour.
