How to cook
Chop the ribs coarsely (if not chopped already).
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut into bites. Put the ribs and potatoes in a bowl, sprinkle with the spices and oil and stir well.
Put foil at the bottom of a large tray (without ripping it from the foil roll yet), distribute the meat and potatoes on top and cover with foil.
Now cut off the foil and wrap well on all sides to make it into a packet.
Put the packet in a tray in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 20 min., then turn up to 392°F (200 °C) or bake another 20 min. Finally, tear the top part of the foil off and bake another 10 min.
Then take it out and sprinkle with fresh garlic and serve.
