"I`m addicted to sweet peaches and have no worries about overeating with them."

Ingredients

  • flour - 4 1/5 cups (1 kg)
  • eggs - 4
  • oil - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) vegetable
  • sugar - 2 cups (500 g)
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • jam - 7 oz (200 g)
  • dyes - safe yellow and pink food dye

How to cook

Beat the eggs with the sugar, and while whipping constantly, gradually add the oil and the sifted flour with baking powder.

From the resulting dough forms, shape small balls of equal size. Bake them and stick them together 2x2 with the jam.

Dip one side in yellow food dye and the other - in pink, then roll them in lots of sugar.
