How to cook
Mix the olive oil and vinegar and smear the cutlets with the resulting mixture. In a bowl, mix the sugar, rosemary, salt and black pepper, stir well.
Smear the cutlets with the resulting mixture and put them to cook on a preheated grill. During grilling, flip them over until they're cooked to the point that you'd like.
Serve hot, further season with salt and black pepper, if needed.
