How to cook
Wash the fish well and drain it from the water. Dry with a soft towel. Cut it into portions, rub them with salt, ground black pepper and lemon juice.
Leave the pieces of fish to sit in the fridge for 15-20 min. Make a mixture from the soy sauce, paprika, oil and garlic, dip the pieces of fish in it for 30 min.
Flip the pieces over several times over to cook well. Drain from the marinade and cook on a heated grill.
Serve with a seasonal salad and beverage of your choice.
