How to make
Clean all of the products. Then chop the peppers and tomatoes finely. Chop the onions very finely as well.
Arrange the red peppers in a deep tray, then place the onions and finally the tomatoes. Sprinkle a little salt and oil in between the peppers and tomatoes.
Sprinkle a little salt, the sugar and the rest of the oil onto the tomatoes. Put to bake in the oven until products soften.
Let the liquid evaporate a bit. Put anything that remains through a meat grinder.
Wash 6 jars, dry them and fill them using a small ladle. Close them with caps very well and sterilize for 10 min.
