Ingredients

  • per jar
  • zucchini - cubes
  • vinegar - about 1 finger from the bottom
  • oil - 4 - 5 tbsp
  • sugar - 3 - 4 tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tbsp
  • garlic - cloves, if desired
  • onions - cut into round slices
  • dill
  • celery - finely chopped

Preparation

Put the listed amounts of vinegar, oil, salt, sugar in the jar, arrange the zucchini with the onions, dill and some celery as desired.

Pour tap into the jar to top it off. Sterilize these Canned Zucchini for Salads and Garnishes for 5 min. after boiling point.
