How to cook
In a bowl, mix together 3 cups flour, add the melted lard (not hot), the yoghurt, baking soda, baking powder, vanillas and stir with a fork to make the dough into a ball, then knead a soft dough with your hands.
Cut the Turkish delight into pieces. Take a ball of dough, flatten it between your palms and place a piece of Turkish delight in it. Form it into a ball and arrange in a tray.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven until slightly reddened. Take them out and while still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
