Prepare 15-20 chili peppers, wash them and cut off their peppers.
At the bottom of a pot, pour a little oil (1/4 cup) and put the peppers in to braise. Add the salt and sugar.
Once the peppers soften, add the dill, garlic and vinegar.
Once they're ready, turn the stove off, cover the pot with a lid and leave to smother.
