Economic Beef Stew
- beef - 2.21 lb (1 kg)
- bacon - 2 oz (60 g)
- butter - 2 tablespoons, can use margarine too
- broth - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
- milk - 2 oz (60 g) to 3 oz (80 g)
- flour - 1 tbsp
The meat is washed and drained. Remove the bones and cook.
Salt and cover the meat with bacon slices and pour hot margarine on. Stew for about 1 hour, pour the broth over several times.
The sauce is obtained by stewing, pouring on boiling broth and thickening with flour and cream.
