Ingredients

  • chicken - 1 small, whole
  • onions - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • garlic - 1 head
  • tomatoes - 2
  • olives - 15
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 10 grains

Preparation

Portion the chicken and fry it in oil. Cut the onions cut into slices.

Stew them in the same oil and pan with the garlic. Salt, add flour and fry.

Put in the paprika and dilute the roux with the peeled and diced tomatoes and some warm water.

Add the black pepper, olives and chicken. Boil the dish until a lot of the liquid evaporates.
