How to cook
Clean and pre-boil the sliced offal. Fry until browned with the bacon, cut into thin strips.
Remove and fry in the same fat the onion and add the wine, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and chopped parsley, mint and dill.
Put the offal back into the pan with the broth and cover with a lid and boil some more. Then pour it in a container in which you will bake it. Put in oven and bake for 1 hour.
Finally, pour in the beaten topping products and bake finished. Pour in a dish, which will be used to serve it in. Drizzle with lemon butter sauce and chopped parsley.
