How to cook
Peel and dice the boiled potatoes, as well as 2 carrots. Stir with the mayonnaise, salt and black pepper.
Chop the roasted peppers finely as well.
Arrange 1/2 the potato mixture in a suitable plate in the shape of a wreath, arrange the peppers on top and finish off with the remaining potatoes.
Chop the 3rd boiled carrot into long strips using a peeler and arrange them on top of the wreath - all along it.
On top, make a decoration of spots from the mayonnaise, finish off with parsley leaves and pieces of pepper.
Leave the salad to cool before serving it.
