Clean the peppers, core them and prepare a suitable baking tray, oil it slightly.
Crumble the feta cheese, add the eggs and stir well. If the mixture is runny, add the flour.
Season the mixture with the spices and fill the peppers with them. Use the tomato slices to make caps for the stuffed peppers.
Pour in a little more water and put the stuffed peppers to bake in a moderately preheated oven. Once they bake on one side and part of the skin peels off, flip them over to bake on the other as well.
