At the bottom of a cake form with removable sides (10″ (26 cm) in diameter), place the biscuits you've crushed well and sprinkle with the melted butter. Beat well and leave to cool in the fridge.
Beat the cream cheese with the eggs, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Add the grated lemon rind. Pour the mixture over the biscuits in the cake form.
Bake for about 1 hour at 338°F (170 °C). Once cool, top with strawberries or other fruit.
