  • mince - 14 oz (400 g)
  • olive oil - 1 1/2 cups
  • onions - 2 heads
  • parsley - 1 bunch chopped
  • tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • cinnamon - 1 stick
  • cheese - 2 cups grated
  • eggs - 3.

How to cook

Sauté the onion and parsley in oil. Add the pork and turn it into crumbs with a fork. Add a cup water, tomato paste, garlic and cinnamon and cook until the water evaporates.
