How to cook

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Pour the oil in a trickle and the beaten eggs, one at a time. Finally pour in the carrots and crushed walnuts. Stir the mixture until homogeneous.

Bake in greased cake form at 356°F (180 °C), about 40 to 45 minutes.
