How to cook

Split cutlets on the opposite side of the bone, as a bag and salt them.

The onion, carrots and mushrooms are steamed.

As they cool, couple to the grated cheese. The cutlets are filled and sewn.

Serve on pre-cooked and seasoned couscous.
