How to cook
Sift the flour, do it well and pour the yeast in. Add 4.23 fl oz (125 ml) lukewarm water and cover with flour. Leave for 15 minutes, then add 6 tablespoons oil and mix.
Knead to a soft dough and if necessary add a little water and salt. Leave to rise for 1 hour, covered with a cloth. Meanwhile, peel the tomatoes, then slit them lightly with a knife and drop them for 30 seconds in boiling water.
Cook half of the tomatoes in 2 tablespoons hot oil. Season sauce with salt, pepper and a little basil. The remaining tomatoes are cut into circles, and cheese- squares. Prepare greased tray and spread dough in a thin layer in it.
Arrange sliced tomatoes, pour the sauce and divide the cheese. Pour pizza with a little oil or olive oil and sprinkle with basil.
The pizza is baked in the oven at 482°F (250°C) for 15 minutes.
