Grease a baking dish or prepare a cake form and sprinkle the dry semolina mixture evenly on the bottom until you form a thin but dense layer. Spread the apple mixture on top, by putting a spoonful and gently spreading a thin layer of apple mix.
In the same manner, sprinkle semolina mixture, apple and semolina again. After every layer of semolina, evenly pour on a coat of oil and finish with semolina on top.
Pour the apple juice on evenly, wait 5 minutes and place the cake to bake for about 30 minutes in a strong oven.
Once it catches a nice caramel tan top, it's ready. Serve the cake with semolina and apples cooled and cut into pieces.
