How to cook
Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, add the pork chopped into small cubes, fry and add salt.
Add the paprika, stir and add a little water.
Bring to a boil, and if the meat is tender, add red roux made from oil, flour and spices.
Mix the soup with the roux and cook until the meat is ready.
Add salt, a little vinegar to taste, sterilized peas, tomato paste and boil for a few more minutes.
