"Don`t bother traveling all the way to Serbia for this recipe. Here it is - delicious Serbian soup with pork!"

Ingredients

  • pork shoulder - 8.8 oz (250 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • roots - 3.5 oz (100 g) vegetable
  • potatoes - 2.8 oz (80 g) cleaned
  • peppers - 1 to 2 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 2.
  • tomato paste - 1 tsp
  • cooking oil
  • flour - 1 tsp
  • peas - 2 tbsp sterile
  • chilies - 1
  • paprika
  • bay leaf
  • spices
  • vinegar
  • salt

How to cook

Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, add the pork chopped into small cubes, fry and add salt.

Add the paprika, stir and add a little water.

Bring to a boil, and if the meat is tender, add red roux made from oil, flour and spices.

Mix the soup with the roux and cook until the meat is ready.

Add salt, a little vinegar to taste, sterilized peas, tomato paste and boil for a few more minutes.
