How to cook
Add eggs and mix with a spatula or spoon. Stir with milk until it is a soft texture that falls from the spoon for scooping. Pour the pudding in a small greased baking dish and put to bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about an hour.
Verify readiness with a stick, by spearing in the middle of the pudding. When you see no crumbs on it, the cake is ready. The finished pudding cools, turns and is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
