How to cook
Pour the water into a container, put it on the heat and once it comes to a boil, add the saffron. Remove from the heat and leave covered with a lid for half an hour.
Return to the heat and bring to a boil. Pour in the olive oil, salt, couscous and raisins. Remove the dish from the heat, cover and leave for another half hour.
Serve sprinkled with finely chopped mint.
